  Fisheries and Oceans Canada is seeking public input on a draft Action Plan,released Friday, February 16th, 2007, which is designed to implement recovery goals and objectives for blue, fin, sei and right whales in Pacific Canadian Waters. Comments on the draft Action Plan can be made online ( http://www-comm.pac.dfo-mpo.gc.ca/pages/consultations/largewhales/default_e.htm ) until Saturday, March 31st, 2007.
